A reaction kettle is a traditional production equipment widely used in industries such as chemical, food, and pharmaceutical. It plays a crucial role in processes such as liquid-liquid mixing and liquid powder mixing. Customizable impellers can be configured to achieve specific reaction effects. The capacity, size, and feeding method of the kettle can be customized according to the on-site environment and production workflow, making it indispensable in the traditional chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
Our company produces reaction vessels with electric, steam, or hot oil heating systems. The kettle consists of upper and lower heads, inner cylinder, jacket (with inner coil or outer half coil), agitator, shaft seal, agitator transmission device, and bracket. According to the production process and operating conditions, jacket heating methods include electric heating, steam heating, and hot oil heating. Shaft seals can be used as packing seals or mechanical seals, and mixing options include anchor, propeller, turbine, propeller, and frame types. The quantity, specifications, materials, and other design requirements of the openings can be customized to meet user needs.
Sealing Methods
· Packing Seal: For normal or low-pressure conditions (<2 bar).
· Mechanical Seal: For medium pressure or vacuum (up to 4 bar).
· Magnetic Seal: For high pressure or volatile media (>14 bar).
Cooling water jackets are added for temperatures exceeding 120°C.
Applications
· Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure chemical reactions in industries
like petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, and research.
· Processes include hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation, evaporation
hydrogenation, polymerization, and more, achieving efficient mixing even for viscous
or granular materials.
